Chamba Lama collects only the details needed to respond to inquiries, appointments, custom design briefs, and product questions. This may include name, phone number, budget preference, design notes, and reference images shared by the visitor.
Inquiry information is used for store communication and consultation follow-up. It is not sold. If an inquiry moves to WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply.
Customers may request that inquiry details or reference images be removed from active records by contacting the store directly.
